I really enjoy boba. Gong Cha is one of my favorite bubble tea places and I feel a sense of pride every time I travel and realize that NOT EVERYWHERE HAS GONG CHA! But I can go home and get Gong Cha on the way home. I digress, this location is great, there’s ample parking, though, it might be crowded during lunch or Sunday mornings. I can put my order in the app and my order be ready or I can also put in my order in store. The taste is great, I haven’t had a watery drink, the tapioca pearls is always fresh, sometimes still warm! I also like that you can add various toppings too! I think between all the bubbles tea spots in the area, Gong Cha is a win here.

This Gong Cha is the best. I came here specifically for a promotion they were running and the staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure I had a great experience.

We were asked to leave telling me they are closed. Less than a minute later, they were taking orders again and said the tea was suddenly “ready.” When I quietly asked why we had been turned away, I was told to “calm down.” Poor communication, dismissive service, and an unnecessarily disrespectful response to a reasonable question.

We love their chocolate egg waffle! It’s crispy and not too sweet. The only downside is that it’s freshly made, so it can take a long while before you get it. The drinks here are okay, and lemon ai-yu is my favorite so far. Overall, it’s a nice place to drop by after a meal in the Eden Center.

I really liked my boba here. I got the taro milk tea with boba - my go to order. The boba was fresh and the milk tea was not too sweet. Getting boba was the perfect way to top off my dinner and shopping.
