We came for the refreshing Bobba, but I’m staying for the serotonin. Gong Cha is easily the most refreshing spot in town. The atmosphere is a total 10/10—it’s vibrant, fun, and the perfect place to actually hang out rather than just grabbing a drink and running. As for the tea? It’s the real deal. It’s light, crisp, and the boba has that perfect 'bounce' without being overly sugary. If you need a mid-day pick-me-up that feels like a mini-vacation, this is the spot.

I was visiting Houston and I tried Gong Chabfor the first time. Had an excellent experience. But when I visited Gong Cha today in Fort Worth location I didn't see the Boba Tea that I wanted. I tried to explain to the cashier what I had before she couldn't help me. I ordered something else and it was not good. My friend ordered Matcha Tea, she did not like it, she said 85 Degree Matcha is much better. Spent over $15 for two drinks it was not worth it..

Ordered 4 drinks - they put everything in a drink carrier & then inside a bag & all drinks were ready on time. All the drinks were amazing! However, they only come in one size & it’s not very big :( The price of a drink here is the price of what would normally be a large at other boba places. Still great drinks though & they looked great too!

Delicious! Classic taste. A bit pricey, but no more than other places. Go light ice and half sweetness.

Came here with my husband and our two small children. The reason I’m leaving one star is because of the two incredibly rude young women working today As a business, I hope management provides better customer service training and emphasizes treating customers with basic respect. While we were looking at the menu and asking a few questions, they made strange faces, joked with each other, and acted as though we were an inconvenience. What was especially disappointing was hearing them loudly refer to my 1 Y/O and 3 Y/O as “noise pollution” while they were chatting behind the counter. That comment was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. We understand that children can make some noise, but speaking about customers and their children that way, within earshot, is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the poor service and rude behavior left a very negative impression, and we won’t be returning .
