Definitely the worst milk tea I’ve ever had. It’s not made from real milk, instead it uses ‘like-milk chemical powder’ and add water to make the milk tea. Boba also tastes bad. Not recommended! Believe me - FENG CHA in gp is much better.

The Boba Tea’s tastes great, but the service is horrible. It’s being run by a bunch of kids who are either on their phones or talking to their friends when they are supposed to be working. They messed up our order (because the girl taking our order was flirting with a boy while I was talking) and then after they made our drinks wrong she made me pay the difference to fix them. I should have argued and asked to revoke my tip, but it wasn’t worth the hassle. This place is gonna ruin their customer base if they keep letting these kids slack off.

Service is pretty good. Last time I came I got the lychee oolong which was way too tart for me 🥲 maybe that’s just how they make it here? I’ve gotten that order at different boba places (and it did not taste like that lol) so I am not sure…. But overall their drinks are fine, hence the 3 …

My Gong Cha in Grand Prairie experience review is a continuation started in Katy Texas then Fort Worth. I had excellent experience in Katy location, afterwards Fort Worth Not Good. At Grand Prairie location employees are friendly and professional. Quality of Boba was not as good as what I expected, I ordered passion fruit with Boba. Maybe I need to order something else next time.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. The place was clearly open lights on, door unlocked and the guy inside looked right at me and then turned off the menu screens like I didn’t exist. This happened at 9:15 PM, when their sign clearly says they’re open until 11 PM. Don’t waste your time coming here if they’re just going to close whenever they feel like it and ignore customers. Super unprofessional.
