Gong Cha Pearl St is a bubble tea store at 1472 S Pearl St in Denver, CO, serving guests who want a customizable tea drink, boba, or a relaxed stop with family and friends. The location is open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, making it an option for an afternoon drink or an early-evening visit. Customers describe a cozy sitting area, so you can enjoy your order on-site rather than treating every visit as a quick pickup. Whether you already know your favorite combination or are deciding what to try, the counter team has been praised for answering questions patiently and making guests feel welcome.

Reviews mention a range of drinks, including mango green tea, strawberry matcha, and boba favorites. One customer calls the mango green tea a go-to after trying several drinks, while other visitors describe the boba as a highlight. These are customer experiences, not a guarantee that every drink will suit every taste, but they offer a useful starting point if you are choosing from the menu. Availability can change: a reviewer noted that peach oolong milk tea was no longer offered at the time of their visit. If you have a particular flavor in mind, asking the staff about current options is a practical way to find a drink that fits your preferences.

The welcoming service is a recurring part of the feedback. Visitors have described staff as friendly and attentive, including during a busy period when one employee took time to answer questions from a family traveling through town. Another review recommends the shop for a mother-daughter date, and families mention bringing children who enjoy the drinks. The comfortable seating and approachable service also make Gong Cha Pearl St a good fit for catching up with someone, sharing a casual treat, or taking a short break while exploring the neighborhood. If you are new to bubble tea, you can ask about drink choices and ingredients before ordering.

Customer feedback is positive overall, with a 4.0 rating from 65 reviews, while individual experiences vary. One reviewer reported an issue with a strawberry matcha, so it is reasonable to check your drink when it is served and let the team know promptly if something seems wrong. Parking is another consideration: a visitor described street parking near the shop as crowded and tight, with parallel parking needed. Plan a little extra time if you are driving, particularly during a busy visit. For a neighborhood bubble tea stop in Denver, Gong Cha Pearl St offers familiar tea-and-boba choices, a cozy place to sit, and service many reviewers find warm and helpful.

I took my daughters here since they are huge Stays. We were traveling through town and saw there was a Gong Cha. It was pretty busy but the young woman behind the counter did not let that get to her. She was so friendly and took her time answering questions. My daughters loved the drinks and of course their Felix posters. I also bought them a key chain which were super reasonable. To the amazing young lady working on Sunday May 3 at around 2:30pm…you deserve a raise!!

We love Gong Cha - perfect place for a mom daughter date. The boba is amazing and Felix is always there which is extra stars. The staff is great - especially Veronica 😉 …

I have been to this location many times, and I have always enjoyed my drink and experience. I’ve tried a couple of different drinks but my go-to is the mango green tea which is very good! They always have the nicest workers who are friendly and welcoming. They have a cozy sitting area and board games/claw machines to play which has made my experience fun every time! Another perk is after getting boba, you can walk around Pearl Street. Would definitely recommend!

The parking in the area is a disaster. Crowded and tight street parking only, so hope everyone has the skills to parallel park properly. Very odd for it being a mostly residential area. This business no longer has the peach oolong milk tea, which from my experience is the only good tea I've tried from this business. They say it is seasonal. They were out of creme brulee, too.

I ordered a strawberry matcha from this location, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The drink was curdled from the start, and after about 20 minutes, the curdles solidified, making it undrinkable. For a $6 drink, I expected much better quality. This felt like a complete waste of money. I hope the preparation process can be improved in the future.
