Good boba, ordered on a machine so I could see all options and no awkward interactions. Average price was about $7.25 and ice was holding my biba hostage, other than those 2 it was great. Also had a little poster put front.

Order update - they took the time to explain the misunderstanding and gave me a full refund. Additionally, they worked with uber to rectify the situation. Ordered 3 pearl milk teas via delivery (paid extra for this + tip). Where are the pearls?! They would not get a new order for us. The employee wanted us to put in the order again. Extremely disappointing.

The Pumpkin Spice Milk Tea here was the best drink to break in the fall weather! Creamy, great flavor (pumpkin pie in drink form), and amazing quality. We also tried their bubble waffle with milk foam and creme brulee dips. The owners and staff are so nice and accommodating. Definitely will return.

It's was late after 9pm, I got off work but still want to get some boba. Gong Cha Richardson make me feel like the night is still young, winter night and sweet drinks just warm my soul. The shop was cozy with the smell of waffles, make you feel right at home, love the Christmas holiday spirit here too🎄Me and my friends got a couple of drinks, they're all so good, I recommend the Thai Tea Latte with 50% sugar, it was PERFECT 🧡

Always love coming here for the wintermelon milk tea. Staff is pretty friendly. it's typically very busy on weekends but this Saturday 2/4/23 wasn't too bad. We didn't wait too long to receive our order. They have a handful of games in 9ne corner- Jenga, uno, etc- to keep you entertained if you stay & chill or whole you wait for your order. They ask how much ice you want in your drink and level of sweetness. 30% hits the spot for me. IMO, if you're adding boba to your drink, the boba sweetens the drink slightly so you really only need 30% sugar in the drink. My brothers get up to 70%, they love it, that level is a bit too sweet for me.
