Zero stars honestly. The cashier never said a word to me. I am okay if You don't say hello when every customer walks in. That's understandable but if I say hello to you directly and you stare back at me with no acknowledgement at all that's pretty rude. They didn't respond when I ordered or when they gave me my change. I would have probably brushed it off honestly but then when I said thank you when a different employee gave me my drink they ignored me as well and went back to sit down behind the counter. This is my first time at this location- the other location off of Sheinfield/culebra is usually nice but I won't be going back. This is a severe lack of culture that I don't want to support w/ my money. It was 10$ for my drink and honestly in this economy I don't want to spend my money in places that make me feel worse after I leave than I did when I walked in.

The location was spacious and clean, but the menu was pretty limited to just drinks with some options out of stock. I ordered the black milk tea while my daughter ordered the honey green tea, which both were refreshing.

We were heading home from a yummy dinner and decided to stop for boba at gong cha. The drinks were very delicious; we got the regular milk tea with tapioca, the strawberry milk tea with milk foam and taro milk tea with star jellies. The service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend :)

Unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was disappointing. There seemed to be a lack of attention to detail when taking and completing our order, mainly from one of the workers. We waited over 30 minutes for a waffle, and when we finally asked about it, we were told they had not started making it yet. The drinks themselves were also not good because the order was taken incorrectly. Overall, the service felt inattentive and unorganized, which made the experience frustrating.
