This is a must for Asian groceries and kitchenware! We always stop here and load up on things that we can't get at smaller international grocers where we live. The prices are good, great variety, lots of unique produce, fresh meat at the seafood and butcher counters, and of course the fresh food made to-go! The non-perishible items are also quite impressive...Your money will be well-spent here!
I had a really frustrating experience at Good Fortune Supermarket yesterday(April 9, 2026). After checking my receipt, I noticed that several sale items were not discounted correctly. I was also overcharged for white peaches, as the weight was about one pound more than it should have been. My friend also bought a discounted cantaloupe milk drink that didn’t ring up on sale, and when we tried to return it, we realized it was already expired by one day. At customer service, I had them re-weigh all the items that were priced by weight, but I didn’t think to check expiration dates for everything else. Unfortunately, after getting home, I found that a box of seafood wontons I purchased had already expired over a month ago (best before March 5, 2026). Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about pricing accuracy and product quality control. I would strongly recommend double-checking both receipts and expiration dates when shopping here.
With Eden Center, Good Fortune is the largest super market in the famous Vietnamese complex. If you can find parking in the massive lot out front, walk in for all the groceries you need from noodles to meats to candy. Not only from Vietnam, their products pull from all over Asia. This is where we buy our noodles and green tea KitKat bars. It does small strongly of fish, but it’s a small price to pay for great produce and goods.
I don’t understand why this item must be paid in cash only at the seafood counter. All other seafood can be paid for at the regular checkout. This is a large grocery store in the U.S., so requiring cash only for one item seems very suspicious and inconvenient. It feels like something is not transparent here.
Good place to get your Vietnamese groceries and other Asian products. They have a wide selection of fresh produce, seafood, meats, and pantry items you don’t always find in regular grocery stores. Prices are fair, and it’s convenient if you’re looking for authentic ingredients to cook at home.
