We were celebrating & got the "works" done at Hairplay Spa Go see Jordan A scalp wash, massage,facial w/red light therapy- then a blowout What were we celebrating? Well besides life... Our business hit another goal & we are on track to do it again. Dual birthdays & we just deserved to relax a minute ☺️ It was an amazing treat

I had such a great experience!! I got the Elite Scalp Japanese Head Spa Treatment and it was so amazing and relaxing. It left my hair feeling so soft and healthy and it smelled really good! Natalie did absolutely amazing with making me feel calm and relaxed and she did a great job explaining what could possibly be wrong with my scalp and gave good recommendations/suggestions on how to work on my scalp health moving forward. Everything felt so nice on my head! I would 100% recommend if you’re in OKC to go get it done and I would definitely do it again!!

Jorden was very nice from start to finish, did a wonderful job on my head and shoulders. Definitely will go back!

I went to this facility for the first time this morning for a 30 minute facial with Hadley & it was amazing. Best 30 minutes ever! Very relaxing atmosphere. Hadley is very good & I enjoyed it immensely. I will be making another appointment with her again.

Update: after speaking with the owner about our experience, she insisted on providing us with a full refund. I did not ask for a refund, but the fact that she provided one shows how much she wanted to make this right. She has been away on maternity leave and as a business owner, I certainly understand that employees don’t always follow what they’re supposed to do when there isn’t a leadership presence. I do believe she will be back soon and she will make things right again. What happened: I took my daughter to Hair Play Spa expecting a high-end Japanese head spa with ASMR, but it was the complete opposite. The experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The technicians did not seem trained or knowledgeable in their services. They lacked bedside manner, were not conversational, and showed little to no customer service skills. The blowout I received was so poorly done that my hair looked worse than if I had styled it myself—over-blown, dry, and brittle. My daughter’s treatment was especially concerning. It did not even include the proper equipment for a Japanese head spa — the rainbow-shaped sprayer was not used. Instead, they just used a basic sprayer. On top of that, the technician rubbed products into her ear and even dry-brushed her face, which had nothing to do with her scalp. She was so rough that my daughter’s scalp went numb, and she even lost hair from the treatment. The “beds” we had to lie on were very uncomfortable, leaving me with back pain by the time the service ended. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay (and add a tip) midway through the service, which felt unprofessional and suspicious. The entire atmosphere was low-end and nothing like what was advertised as a luxury Japanese head spa. Overall, I do not recommend this place. The services were aggressive, uncomfortable, and poorly done. Definitely not worth the money.
