The only place I'll go to get a mani/pedi. I haven't tried the other services they offer, but how amazing everyone is I can't imagine anything but the best. I love that they have a little store you can also purchase items too. Everyone is so welcoming and they treat you like family when you come in. Truly the best!!!

I've never colored my own hair.So I went in asking for suggestions, I had literally a couple Gray hairs, I wanted colored and then I wanted my entire hair. My natural brown. Since I have some fading at the end. The guy there was very nice but the products that he offered me did not do what I wanted. And then he had me buy even extra product, which ends up, I did not need.$50 later my hair is two different colors. Mind you it was virgin hair. I went to the south pasadena location to see what I could do to fix it. The lady said there is nothing I could do to help. Even though my hair is clearly two different colors, she said that she couldn't see a difference. When I tried to return the color they wouldn't take it back. Even though it has not been opened, and it was an unnecessary purchase.So they make more money off of you. At the end of the day, they are not color professionals. And they couldn't help resolve my situation. The products he gave me ended up making my hair feel fried and dried. And again, my hair is two different colors. Lights brownish red at the roots and dark brown everywhere else. Again it is all virgin hair. I guess I'll try Sally's.
My husband and I love to come here for our mani and pedi. Annie is the BEST, she has excellent customer service and all the ladies that do our mani and pedi are fantastic.
