Happy Feet Reflexology

My husband and I come here regularly, and our experience has honestly been a bit hit or miss because the massage therapists seem to change frequently. However, our last visit was excellent, and we’re hoping that level of service continues. The only recurring issue we’ve had is when we request two female massage therapists. It often feels like we have to explain or justify why we prefer two women instead of a male and female therapist. As paying customers, it would be nice if our preference was simply respected without the back-and-forth. That said, if you’re booking an appointment, I highly recommend requesting Snow. She is absolutely amazing! She’s attentive, skilled, and had me leaving feeling completely refreshed and brand new. Despite the inconsistency with therapists, this is still our go-to massage spot. We just hope Snow sticks around for a long time because she truly makes the experience worth coming back for.

Hands down a great place with awesome customer service! The massage techniques used were phenomenal! They definitely know how to massage and work out deep tissue knots and tension. I will definitely be coming back. They are open 7 days a week all day. They accept walk-ins but an appointment would be best.

Our experience was terrible. I called earlier in the day to ask about walkins, the lady said YES. I told her it would be 4 of us, she said YES, come in. When we arrived it was just two of us and no one came out for 10 mins. Then a little man came out on the phone and "watched" us. He later asked us to be quiet??? And proceeded to play long stuff on his phone. Later a lady came out and stood behind the counter and said nothing for 5mins. Then she hinted what you want, and when I told her she said NO we got appointments. I believe this is because we are beautiful black women but it's cool. The place is dirty anyway and we left.

I went in today and it was a good combo service.. went in last minute but called to schedule. Jack was the person who did the majority of my service but a lady started with my hot water for my feet and rubbed my arms. The only reason I gave 4 stars was more the fact that the people in the lobby were talking, phone ringing and wasn't the quietest being in the first booth.

I come massaging today . I want 1 hour. Coco ok . Pay $60 she try change 40 and 20 Not right . I know she want to do 45 minutes and $20 tips . I do business I know she wants pay owne 40 she take 20 dollars tip . She put Machine 40and 20 . Not same 60
