Visiting from Atlanta Ga. Cute spot, I’m a simple person. Love the waffle, especially breaking it apart for the kids to share. The drink I love too, I’m Mexican. Love agua frescas and this is close to it for me. But also familiar with drinking boba tea. The taste of the mango green tea delicious. The amount of mango boba was a good amount and taste so gooooood.

Stopped by for a quick sweet treat and tried the J5 Boba Waffle and House Thai Tea. Both were absolutely delicious! The shop was very clean, service was fast, and there was plenty of parking out front. Overall, a great experience!

This place is a hidden gem! I tried the waffles and the Dragon Fruit Lemonade Slushy, and both were incredible. The waffles had the perfect texture—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The slushy was the real star, though; it’s refreshing, not too sweet, and has a stunning vibrant color. You can tell they use quality ingredients. Great service and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!"

Don’t visit this place; they’re notorious for overcharging for their drinks. I swear, I took two sips and half of my cup was already empty. The ice is so packed that the cup is practically filled to the brim, leaving only about 10-15% of the drink itself. At a price point of $7.04, I expect at least a drink, not an ice cup. Please refer to my photos for a visual example. I highly recommend trying the Richardson Happy Lemon. They offer better portions and ratios. This Arlington establishment seems a bit outdated or poorly managed compared to the others I’ve visited, which have a more professional and organized corporate standard layout.
