Love the lights and how they decorated their room! Different rooms available! Ask them about their packages! There are 3 different packages available for private parties events: •Ruby Package •Gold Package •Diamond Package Great to have parties or just go for a few hours whenever you wanna sing your heart out! :)
A cozy karaoke lounge in Gerden Grove, OC. The price starts from $35/hr which is super affordable compared to many places in Koreatown, just that you had to drive down to OC. The songs can be searched from youtube so you can sing basically any language if they’re on youtube. They have a lot of rooms, not very new in condition but they provide everything you need for a karaoke night. Although I didn’t eat much, food was very delicious on its own. It’s Asian food and the fruit platter was just what we needed. I think the experience varies hugely depending on the server; we met a lady that was very nice and communicating and a male server that told us a lot of wrong information. Overall, if you’re here to sing your heart out and eat delicious food, I would recommend this venue.
The service was a 10/10 all the workers were so helpful and attentive. The food was served immediately and it was so delicious. All of the guests including myself were happy with the room itself it was so spacious, modern, and clean. Will come back to celebrate more events.
Poor, cheap and not clean place. Food is not good the fish was smell bad. We bought Silver Package for which is comes with the cake food. The cake was so small it was not enough for this much people. I wish I could bring my own cake! I was so embarrassed front of my guests. They gave us limited plates and they charged for extra sodas 105$ when I said that we didnt even drink this much. Only 9 soda and few water cups. They said will return it after the party. But they didn’t. They enforced me to pay to the party. Even it wasn’t over yet. The room was so cold, not clean and poor style when we entered. Decoration was look like old style, balloons are dusty, and cheap ones. Looks old not matching our Barbie style party at all! I was so upset. I see dead bugs on the floor. They didn’t clean it inside room after each party is over. Room smell smoke. I don’t recommend this place if you are looking more nicer newer place do not go there. I did a mistake choosing this place for my special day and will never back again.
I recently celebrated my birthday here with friends and I was blown away by the arrangements and the hospitality they offer here. The room is spacious, the ambiance lighting is on point, and the sound quality is amazing and the overall atmosphere hits the spot just right. Throughout our time there, the staff is super friendly and I really have such wonderful time with my group. They do offer a good menu of good food and drinks as well. I definitely recommend Hay karaoke to others and will come back for more enjoyable experience in the future.
