From the moment I walked into Silver Cloud I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere is electric — a perfect blend of laid-back vibes and high-energy fun. The decor is chic but not too over-the-top, creating a welcoming yet lively setting that’s perfect for any occasion. Let’s talk about the food! The menu offers a variety of options, all bursting with flavor. Whether you’re a fan of hearty comfort food or lighter, more sophisticated bites, there’s something for everyone. And then there’s the karaoke! The sound system is top-notch, and the song selection is massive. I was able to sing everything from old-school classics to the latest hits, and the crowd was incredibly supportive, making it feel like a true performance. The staff made sure the night flowed smoothly, always checking in to ensure drinks were topped up and everything was running without a hitch. What sets this place apart, though, is the vibe. It’s easy to see that everyone here — from the bartenders to the regulars to the karaoke enthusiasts — is just there to have a great time. There’s no pressure, just a lot of laughter, great music, and delicious food. I can’t recommend Silver Cloud enough. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed night out or ready to belt out your favorite songs, this place delivers on all fronts. Can’t wait to come back!

We visited this karaoke bar on May 17th as a group of five people. When we asked the DJ for our songs, we were told that because we were a larger group, we would need to wait a bit longer, which was completely fine with us at first. However, we ended up waiting for over 3 hours (we left at 12pm) and not a single one of our songs was played. During that time, people who arrived after us were able to sing almost immediately, and it was mostly the same 4–5 people being called up repeatedly. It felt extremely unfair and very disrespectful. This is also not the first time this has happened to us. Every time we were told “you’ll be next,” we were then ignored while other groups were clearly prioritized — especially people who tipped the DJ. We understand tipping culture, but completely ignoring paying customers for hours is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the situation also made us feel uncomfortable because 4 members of our group are Hispanic girls, and the repeated treatment compared to others honestly came across as discriminatory. We really wanted to enjoy the night, but instead we left feeling ignored, unwelcome, and disappointed.

DJ ruined the night of my birthday , staff was nice though Went to Silver Cloud with 5 friends on Saturday. The day of today was horrible because of the DJ. We requested a song multiple times and after waiting 3 hours he NEVER played it. Not coming back while this DJ is on. The club itself is fine, but the DJ ruined the night. How does someone approach me and my bf making racist statements about us being in an interracial relationship yet we are the ones that get kicked out for defending ourselves (verbally). Meanwhile the racist man gets talked to and allowed to stay. Disgusting.

I had a very disappointing experience at Silver Cloud Restaurant and Karaoke Bar. I tried to place an order over the phone, and the person who answered told me it was “too loud” and then hung up on me—very unprofessional. When I arrived in person, the woman bartender was rude, unfriendly, and completely unhelpful. There was no effort to provide good customer service or even basic courtesy. I understand places can get busy, but that’s no excuse for poor treatment. Unfortunately, this experience made me not want to return.
