Great turn around time. Great experience. The pharmacist saw by my face that I was new and asked if I needed any explanations. No issues and I’ve been going for over a year.

Pharmacist, Tracie, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL they said we were having problems with my card I contacted my bank and confirmed there was no problems, I had my bank on phone and the pharmacist assistant said that machine said “card not supported” or something about their machine. So I asked if they could reset their machine? This rude woman, TRACIE , started yelling at me . I was trying to ask her to try my husband‘s. Finally , I had to say MA’AM! So she would stop getting loud and Listen to me about my husband’s card.. she said YOU KNOW WHAT? ! IM NOT FILLING YOUR prescription! I said OK cool I will let my doctor know how you’re treating me. I have NEVER dealt with a PHARMACIST so rude and unprofessional! The head pharmacist Mr Johnson ended up calling me back, and he was very professional and apologized for her and said this is not how we do business. And this is not the reputation we wanted. And he made it right. If it wasn’t for Mr. Johnson It would’ve been one more patient last customer you lost. What’s the old saying without your customers you don’t have a business. My doctors office called me and was ready to switch pharmacist . Mr. Johnson did and said what he said, I will try….
Customer service sucks here. I called and was told a medication was delivered. I went to location of said delivery and was told the medication was sent back to Hazel pharmacy. Obviously no one noted this. I'm trying to call the pharmacy. They turn their phones off before they actually close. Straight bootleg
I have read these reviews and want to start of by saying that we “normally” can control the volume, tone, and quality of our conversation by how much love, respect, and caution we dish out. Hazels was willing to overnight my order so that I could get my medicine in less than 24 hours! I appreciate their effort. It’s not perfect every time, but it works for me. Thanks for what y’all do.
