I loved my pedicure! As a 55-year old who played too much soccer in her youth, my nails are damaged and thick. Nancy thinned them and made them look so good! And at $35, the price was reasonable. Also, each nail tech uses a sealed pouch of sterilized equipment. Top rate hygiene! Already booked my next appointment.

Recently went to Heights Beauty Lounge based on a recommendation from a friend. I knew I was getting engaged and wanted some special nails for the occasion. I got Gel X extensions done by Jenny and while the design was exactly what I asked for, she didn’t trim or push back my cuticles at all so I ended up leaving the salon with nails that looked grown out. I called and texted to see if my nails could be fixed but didn’t receive any responses from the salon. I ended up having to get my nails fixed somewhere else because I was so unhappy with the work done at Heights Beauty Lounge. The lack of response from an owner or manager is really disappointing and I won’t be returning for future services. Editing to respond to the owner: the screenshot attached to my original review shows me texting the number that clients are told to text when calling the salon and not receiving an answer, which I also tried to do multiple times. Given that, I’m not understanding how no one was aware of the issue.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Everyone is friendly and talented, all my nail designs are incredible. I highly recommend getting your nails done here. They also do lashes, I haven't had mine done, but everyone I see that has them, they all look great.

I have been coming to HBL for my nails since about 2 months after they first opened, I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet because I absolutely LOVE this place. I never really used to get my nails done much because of how often they chipped, but ever since they HBL girls introduced me to builder gel I have been IN LOVE. I go 4 weeks and not a single chip, my natural nails are also longer than they’ve ever been. Kimme has been my nail tech (also loved Faith when she was there!) and she’s so talented at what she does! When I used to work out of state I would have to fly back to see the HBL girls because I couldn’t find anyone who provides the same quality of work. The atmosphere is always very welcoming, they always have a great playlist going and the best part is that they remember the small details that you share with them! I’ll never go anywhere else 🫶🏼
