Hello Pho, Banh mi & Boba on Sandy Blvd is a Vietnamese restaurant at 2713 NE Sandy Blvd in Portland, Oregon. Its menu brings together pho, banh mi, Vietnamese noodle dishes, and boba-style drinks, making it a practical neighborhood stop when your group wants a choice of comforting soup, a sandwich, or something to sip. Customer reviews give the restaurant a 4.6-star rating across 87 reviews, offering a useful snapshot of diners’ experiences rather than a promise that every visit will be the same. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., including Mondays, so it can suit lunch, an early dinner, or a meal after 8 p.m.

Pho is a clear favorite in the feedback. Diners recommend the pho dac biet and P3 with beef round eye steak and brisket, describing a flavorful, comforting broth, tender meat, and fresh, thinly sliced onion and spring onion. One reviewer said staff told them the broth is cooked daily; that detail comes from a customer account, but it helps explain why the soup stands out in their experience. If you are looking for a warm bowl with beef and familiar garnishes, pho is a strong place to begin. Reviews also praise the fish sauce wings, a savory option to share or enjoy alongside a bowl.

For a different kind of meal, Hello Pho, Banh mi & Boba on Sandy Blvd offers banh mi and bún thịt nướng chả giò. A reviewer specifically recommends the grilled pork noodle dish with fried spring rolls, while another found the tofu banh mi comparatively plain. That range of feedback is helpful when deciding what to order: the pho and grilled pork noodles receive particularly enthusiastic mentions, while tastes and preferences vary. The mix of soup, noodles, sandwiches, and sides gives coworkers, couples, families, and friends room to choose different styles of Vietnamese comfort food at one table.

Drinks add another reason to visit, with jasmine lychee tea and Vietnamese iced coffee, often called cà phê sữa đá, mentioned favorably by customers. Reviews also refer to ordering sea-salt cream in drinks, so be clear and specific when customizing toppings or cream. The atmosphere is best described through what the available feedback supports: diners return for satisfying, comforting food, and one reviewer says their partner has visited for years. There is not enough information here to claim a particular decor, seating arrangement, or service style, but the menu makes the restaurant a convenient option for a casual meal.

Located on NE Sandy Boulevard in Portland, this Vietnamese restaurant is worth considering when you want pho, fish sauce wings, grilled pork noodles, banh mi, or tea and coffee in one stop. Oh my god, the best fish sauce wings and the pho was soooooo good. The tofu banh mi was a little plain, but ngl, it's my own fault for ordering tofu. The pho was so good tho that it made up for it. 10/10 would come back everyday if I could lol.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Now it is my favorite Pho restaurant. Their Pho is so good ❤️ 🍜 I took P3 with Beef round eye steak and brisket. Broth is so delicious and fresh. They said they cook broth daily. Meat was tender and yummy, i love that they add fresh thingly sliced onion and spring onions, too. Also, I took Taro Boba with coconut milk in a hot version, and it was sooooo good! 🤤🥰 The only thing I didn't like is that their dining zone is more like a food cart style with self-service and pretty dirty since people do not clean up after them. Also, music was too loud. Other than that food is great and you can order a takeout and eat in cleaner space.

My gf has been going here for years and usually loves it. We went today and the woman taking our order kept getting it wrong for the drinks. We asked for sea salt cream in our coffees and teas and she kept giving us drinks with cream CHEESE. We just wanted the cream, not cream cheese and made that clear. We asked for a replacement and she did it again. We then ordered a separate one from the kiosk thinking that would fix the issue, but she still brought it to us with cream CHEESE. We just wanted the cream. She was then extremely rude when we asked for a refund for only one of the drinks when we really should have requested a refund on all 5 drinks we ordered that were prepared wrong. Terrible, frustrating service.
