Sign in to reviewI had a really disappointing experience with this salon. I booked an appointment through ClassPass, showed up on time, and the hairstylist never arrived. I waited well past my scheduled time and tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I even followed up by emailing the address listed on their website and still received no response. It’s incredibly frustrating to have your time completely disregarded like this, especially with zero communication or accountability. I understand that things can come up, but not showing up and ignoring calls and emails is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here unless you’re willing to risk being left stranded.
Had an awful experience at Hey Beautiful. Made a reservation via ClassPass, they messaged me asking me to come another day and said they will confirm the date and time later. They give the confirmation 30 MINUTES before my appointment time and when I get there Jeannie already has someone in the chair and refuses to take me. No one else was present in the salon. This salon is UNDERSTAFFED and OVERBOOKED. Jeannie is extremely rude and unfocused. She dismissed me, screamed at me and asked me to come another time. The person who answers the phone call is not at the salon so there is a clear communication problem as well.
Amazing experience getting my hair cut by Jeanie here. I was a walk in but she was able to accommodate me and was so friendly and sweet, my hair feels sooo soft and she did an expert job at trimming all my dead ends but still maintaining a good length. The salon is very clean and cute, I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend
I have to take the time to give an excellent review to Hey Beautiful. The quality of work produced here is top notch. I usually do gels, and the technicians go the extra mile . extra layers of polish, neat and precise work, attentive service. I've also had eyelash extensions here and wow. Again, a technician who goes the extra mile. I want to thank Henry and Linda for their repeated good service. These are not rush job services, so plan accordingly for time, the services take a bit longer than I anticipated, but it's completely useful time bcs it's spent in quality work. Thanks team!
I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago and the did a great job! They were super attentive and the nails lasted longer (no chipping/breaking) than other places I’ve gone to. Worth a visit!
