We hired Hugo and HL81 Construction for two major projects at my father’s home in San Francisco—a seismic retrofit and a full bathroom remodel—and we’re extremely happy with the results. Hugo and his highly skilled workers did an amazing job for us. I had them completely renovate a large bathroom in our home down to the studs - all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc...Everything was done with such care and expertise. Hugo was very communicative and easy to work with. They also completely renovated my mother's second floor of her home - master bedroom and bath, additional hall bath and two bedrooms, new crown moulding and baseboards, doors, etc...all done with same level of care and expertise. I could write an essay on how great Hugo and the team are. Punctual, forward thinking, collaborative, amazing quality, and understanding. They always kept the ball rolling even when we wanted to make changes. Inspections planned in advance, so no downtime waiting. They made sure that each of our changes were accommodated. The quality is fantastic as well. Regular check ins, asking questions, clear answers. Will definitely hire HL81 again for any other projects.
