Home instead has been a significant blessing to my mom. And to the family as the level and quality of support has provided peace of mind. The caregivers and leadership are easy to work with, rapidly responsive and great sensitivity to my mom and her needs. If not for their support my mom would be moving from an independent sr living apartment to an assisted living apartment, a change she is very much against. I highly recommend this organization and their entire team.

I want to highly recommend Home Instead. Our Mom is not near any of her family and it was difficult for us being so far away to help manage her needs. Initially care was only needed for medication set up. Then hospitalization happened. While in hospital they came daily to care for her cat. Post hospital, she needed to have increased assistance. Home Instead made it possible for us to feel comfortable in her care and that needs were met. The caregivers were caring, courteous, encouraging Mom to do activities and assist with being as independent as she could be. Every time we called in, we were greeted cheerfully and our concerns were quickly responded to. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My mom received great care from Home Instead as she transitioned from short term rehab back to her assisted living apartment. They were flexible in the services they provided and the hours they saw her. Their follow through from my initial inquiry call to the end of service was exceptional.

I have used Home Instead a couple of times.Once when I needed some assistance during the day. A caregiver was here 1:00 PM to 4:00PM Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Just recently I needed them again as everyone of my family was leaving town for a few days leaving without assistance. with Home Instead and my family worked out a schedule . Started on Tuesday afternoon and ended Sunday morning. A care giver was here from 8:00 AM to 12;00 PM and then they were back at 1;00 PM to 5:00 PM. They fixed meals,washed clothes, light housekeeping, took me to Dr appointment and took time to just sit and have a conversation. There staff was outstanding. The same person didn't always come and would mention there name, but i can't remember all there names. I might forget one and i cannot say enough about all of them. As you can see i was highly impressed. So yes I will be calling Home Instead if I need some help again. So would recommend Home Instead!

I have talked to just about everyone at Home Instead. These folks are so helpful and compassionate. Mika, the care provider for my mother in law is awesome! She is kind, caring and very patient. I feel so blessed to have her helping my …
