One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. I ordered the Guntur Chicken, but the dish I received smelled like fish and was completely inedible. I informed the staff immediately, and they took the dish back, assuring me they would bring a replacement. Unfortunately, after waiting for over an hour and asking multiple times about the status of my order, I received no proper response or update. After waiting nearly 90 minutes, we decided to leave the restaurant without eating. What disappointed me the most was that, as we were leaving, the staff simply watched us walk out without apologizing or saying a single word. Very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant.

“I ordered this customized Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Cake for a birthday, and it exceeded all expectations. The cake looked gorgeous and tasted even better. The chocolate was rich, the pistachio filling was perfectly balanced, and the decorations made it extra special. Everyone loved it and kept asking where it was from. Thank you for making our celebration memorable!”

Absolutely terrible experience. I spelled out the name for them character-by-character, and they still completely ruined the cake. When you pick up your order in-store, they quickly flash the writing at you so you don't notice, relying on your trust. To make matters worse, rather than taking accountability, they casually asked me to drive back just to fix their own careless mistake. Save yourself the disappointment—

We had a very disappointing experience with this bakery on our child's birthday. We ordered a customized 3 lb chocolate cake, but the cake appeared to be underbaked. When it was cut and served, sugar water leaked from the cake, affecting both its texture and taste. The order was also delivered about an hour later than promised, and we were asked to wait an additional 30 minutes at the store. Based on the delays and the quality of the cake, it felt as though the order may have been prepared at the last minute rather than as planned. A birthday celebration is a special occasion, and unfortunately this experience left us feeling let down and dissatisfied. We hope the bakery improves its quality control and order management so other customers do not face similar issues.

This place is amazing!! Their naan was light and crispy. The chicken fry and coconut chicken curry was packed full of flavor. Definitely would try this again. Not to mention their cakes are light and moist.
