Wanted to try something new for lunch today and was craving some Asian Cuisine. Hot Chopsticks is pretty new and located inside the 8th Street Market next to Prelude Coffee and Prairie Artisan Ales. I went a little later in the day so it wasn’t busy at all, but it was clear the lunch crowd had definitely been there. The menu has many options and I had to try some classics just to see how they did with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and tasty my meal ways. The chicken was soft and the onions really gave it a rich taste. The Crab Rangoons were pretty darn good and the sauce wasn’t overpowering. I will be back to try more.

Was really craving Bahn Mi and this is definitely the spot. It was only $7 for a really good sandwich. The location is super lowkey and friendly. My food came fast and fresh. Definitely coming again!

We used to love eating at Magason Table when it was at this location and were so disappointed when it closed. Fortunately Hot Chopsticks Kitchen has many of the same menu items we loved. The food here is delicious especially the lemongrass …

Nothing special. I hope to come back with the really cool location they are at after they improve and have some time to adjust. For $30+ this was not worth it. The noodles were plain, we got a “Pad Thai” and Vermicelli grilled chicken. Not much flavor to the chicken or sauce or noodles. I had to add green onions and hoisin sauce along with other ingredients at home to make it eatable. The quantity is there, the quality and price is not adequate to the service. Their menu online is different from in store. Also when we came to pick it up, the restaurant was dirty and sticky.
