Huan Nguyen, DO

I had an appointment at 9:00 AM today, but I waited until 10:30 AM and the doctor still hadn’t come. No one updated me about the delay, and I was left waiting the entire time. When I explained my main concern the nurse practitioner referred me to another doctor. .Then I found out that I wasn’t actually going to be seen by the doctor I scheduled with—I was told that a nurse practitioner would be seeing me instead because the supervising doctor doesn’t see patients directly. If I can’t be seen by the doctor I made the appointment with, I don’t think it’s worth coming to this clinic. The overall experience was very disappointing.

Dr. Nguyen, DO, does not visit this office regularly, if at all. You almost certainly will not see the doctor. If you push the point, they may eventually admit that they don't really have a doctor. Basically, they just use his name to pretend to be a doctor's office. The manager is a phony who will seem pleasant at first; later, when you need something like a referral properly completed, he will act like you're being unreasonable. I would stay away.

Our first experience was great, from the day I called to our second follow-up visit. I want to thank Arturo for being so attentive and helpful from the very first call, making sure all our needs were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The entire process, from scheduling to check-in, was smooth and stress-free. We will definitely keep coming here! Their hours are flexible, which makes it very convenient for our busy schedule. The doctor took the time to really listen to our concerns, answered all our questions.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday online for today and received an email confirming it. I came to my appointment and the front desk claim they never received it. Below is a screenshot of the email I received. This is not the first time I've experienced this. I would appreciate the office staff at front be a little more organized and honest since they are in charge of scheduling. They definitely just lost a patient and based on reviews I would steer clear of this place. By the way, this was an ER follow up for blood clots. Very serious medical issues.

This is the 2nd time I write this review. My 1st review, somehow, disappeared. They must have ggl erased it for them I will keep writing if ggl keeps erase it. First of all, there is no such of Huan Nguyen DO. I've never seen him or her or them like the picture on their website. So, the 5 star about him must be fake I've been seen by Nurse Practitioner Solange Mforbi. She's good. I like her. I called for appointment. The front desk girl asked what for. I said annual blood test and prescription refilled. She checked & said my annual blood test is not due until Sep. So, good, I need prescription refilled. Then, she asked "So, you don't need appt, right". I said: "if refilling prescriptions doesn't need appointment, so, I don't" One and half weeks, my prescriptions still weren't sent. I called again. The automatic system said appt needed for refilling prescriptions. After I press the # to set up appt. the girl answered the phone. As soon as she heard about my prescription, she recognized me and said put me on hold. The hold was 11 minutes and 7 seconds. I had to hang up. I called back, she picked up the phone right away; meaning she doesn't have anything to be busy with. I heard people said lazy front desk workers of clinics/dr office didn't schedule patients on purpose. More patients means more work for them, while they get paid by hours. I will seek new PCP.
