Small but mighty shop serving up delicious noodle dishes within Swan’s Market! Highly recommend the Chongqing Street noodles (as soup but can also be dry) and the pig ears with garlic were surprisingly good, even though that part of a pig is not one you think of as a meal - they did it right!

Chewy hand shaven noodles, perfectly bouncy in every bite. The spicy soup is delicious as well. Recommend the chongqing street noodles. Also the green bean is overpriced but comes with generous serving and it's flavored with some kind of may dried shrimp or dried scallops not sure but it's bomb. Best greenbeen I have ever eaten. Really tasty noodles, noodle soup, and wood ear mushrooms. Their potstickers are killer, and while smaller than traditional potstickers they are packed with flavor of pork and scallion and come with a delicious dipping sauce. The family that runs this restaurant is so nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Good place for a quick bite. The atmosphere and service are no frills, but the food is quite tasty. We ordered the Chongqing Street Noodle (D11) and the Noodle with twice-cooked pork (D10). The portion sizes were good, but there was very little protein in either bowl. Aside from that, the noodles had a nice bounce to them and the broth was flavorful. Just beware that both were a bit spicy if you are sensitive to heat.

It was a packed Wednesday night when we came by and we ordered a beef plate and their main popular item, chongqing street noodle. We also shared some shredded potato as an appetizer. The food arrived and it was all so fresh and delicious. I liked that they added just the right amount of chili oil for a small spice but not enough to make me feel like I was going to break out in acne or feel unhealthy from the oils. The hand cut noodles were delicious, bouncy and had quite a bit of texture. The potatoes had a nice crunch and the beef... mm tender and packed of spices. Overall, a very delicious experience ~
