I Heart Boba

I’ve been here a couple times and appreciate the teas. Lots of selections and fun combinations. I’m a bit of a rookie so I don’t try much more than the #1. Some suggestions: Per some other reviews it would be nice if boba was included in the drinks that have “boba” in their names. Second, for boba illiterates or newbies, it would be nice if there were more pictures or a list of definitions for all the lingo and terminology. Lastly, it’s a bit loud, staff always has a hard time hearing customers. I’ll definitely be going back.

For my first time coming here they really made me feel like the customers are not right and they just want their money. I just want what I payed for. Instead of replacing a sandwich I didn’t order with the sandwich I ordered. They want to give me half off my sandwich. I do not want half off. I just want my sandwich made right. When the guy took my order he repeated my order EXACTLY HOW I ORDERED. I took it to go, got home and noticed I had the fermented vegetables (which I did not ask for on one sandwich) Yes, I can easily take it out, but the fermented taste is still on it. Then when I called to have them fix it she blamed the man who took my order. Never going back there again.

Unlike other people who have left reviews, I have been going here consistently for the past year or so. I usually go on my lunch break 1-2x a week. Everytime I have gone the workers have treated me well and my drinks have been great. Their rewards system is also amazing, I got $5 off my order today. I usually order a pomegranate&passion fruit tea with boba (they have NEVER charged me for another drink just for adding a flavor like another review said) Overall I love this place, and like I said, most of the bad reviews come from people who’ve only gone once. I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never had anything to complain about.

Annoyed!!!! I love boba apparently it’s commonly misconstrued that boba is in all the drinks!!! Where’s the sign “Request boba” or “boba not included” or “boba sold separately” ugh!!! I would have paid for it! I ordered three sandwiches with extra sauce and paid extra $0.35 each. But when I’ve already paid and left a 15% tip give me a break. (**had no cash**) Then you want $0.60 for not knowing I had to ask for boba!! I just had to rant. I just don’t remember having to say I want boba, unless I wanted extra.

It’s a very nice shop with a great atmosphere staff is very nice too. We got a Viet Coffee & Pineapple Smoothie with 2 charbroiled BBQ Pork Sandwiches. The sandwiches were great I love the bread didn’t crumble at all. Viet coffee was sweet but not strong in coffee still love trying new spots.
