Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet is a buffet restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, located at 5845 Spring Mountain Rd Ste B11, Las Vegas, NV 89146. Its buffet format brings sushi and seafood together with cooked dishes, giving diners the chance to explore several kinds of food in one visit. Customer feedback points to variety as a key part of the experience, with guests calling out sashimi, crab, lobster, beef ribs, and steamed fish among the dishes they enjoyed. For people looking for a buffet in Las Vegas where a meal can include both seafood and hearty cooked selections, Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet is a local option to consider.
Seafood is a recurring highlight in customer reviews. Diners mention salmon and tuna sashimi, lobster, and snow crab legs, while one guest who had struggled to find sashimi they enjoyed after moving to the United States was especially glad to find salmon and tuna here. Other reviews describe the food as fresh and flavorful. The menu also has appeal beyond sushi and shellfish: guests have praised LA galbi, galbi beef ribs, a giant beef rib, and ginger-scallion steamed fish prepared in a Cantonese style. These are customer favorites rather than a guarantee that every dish will suit every palate, but together they give a useful picture of the selection people come to try.
The buffet setting can work well for different appetites and occasions, especially when guests want choices rather than a single shared entrée. Reviews describe visits with a mother on a Sunday afternoon and a family gathering for a father's birthday, as well as returning customers who have visited over several years. That mix suggests it may suit family meals, celebrations, or a casual outing with companions who enjoy different foods. One reviewer particularly valued the Sunday premium selection; because offerings may vary, guests looking for a specific dish or selection can check directly with the restaurant before visiting.
Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Sunday, at its Spring Mountain Road address in Las Vegas. The listing shows a 4.0-star rating from 2,723 reviews, offering prospective diners a broad snapshot of customer feedback. Some longtime guests describe years of positive visits, while others focus on particular dishes or occasions, so individual experiences can differ. If you are comparing Las Vegas buffet restaurants and want a place with customer-noted sashimi, seafood, Korean-style galbi, and Cantonese-style steamed fish, this restaurant brings those options together under one roof. Its location, daily hours, and mix of seafood and cooked favorites make it a practical choice to keep in mind when planning a meal in the area.

Longtime Customer Leaving a Negative Review for the First Time We have been coming to this buffet since the pandemic and have been loyal customers for several years. The food has always been very good, and I have no complaints about the quality of the dishes. I have personally recommended this restaurant to at least 20 friends. We also normally leave a 20%–25% tip because we understand that restaurant work is difficult and we respect the people who serve us. However, our experience on July 17, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., right when the restaurant opened, was unacceptable. There were four people in our party. After our first round of food, the dirty plates on our table were stacked very high. We organized the plates ourselves, but there was nowhere to place them and no server could be found. There were two other occupied tables in the dining room, and their dirty plates were also piling up. When I went to get more food, I finally found the servers—three employees were sitting together eating their lunch. Yes, all three of them were eating at the same time while no one was attending to the dining room. Employees absolutely deserve meal breaks, but they should take turns so that at least one person remains available to assist customers. When we first arrived, the host, Elizabeth, was very friendly and helpful. She asked what we would like to drink, and we requested water. Her attitude was excellent, and I want to make that clear. After a long wait, a female server finally came to our table. I politely asked if she could bring us some chopsticks. Her response was: “They’re over there. Get them yourself.” For a restaurant where customers are expected to tip, I genuinely do not understand how the level of service has declined this far. Asking a server for a few pairs of chopsticks is not an unreasonable request. During the meal, I also approached a young, tall male employee and politely asked, “Are you our server?” He gave a vague response without making any effort to communicate. I then said, “Please bring me the check when we are finished. I’ll be paying. Thank you.” He gave no response at all—not even a nod or a simple “Okay.” When we finished eating, no one brought us the check. I had to walk to the front and ask the host to process the payment. I have eaten at restaurants for many years, and this was the first time I had ever seen three servers eating together before the customers were finished, with no one left to watch the dining room. This was not simply slow service; for most of the meal, there was essentially no service at all. Despite everything, I still left a 10% tip because I understand that everyone is working hard. However, as a longtime customer who has supported and recommended this restaurant for years, this experience was deeply disappointing and made me feel that our loyalty was not valued. The food is still very good, but if this level of service continues, I can no longer recommend this restaurant the way I used to. I sincerely hope management reviews the staffing and service situation from that morning and provides the employees with basic customer-service training.
I finally made it here on a Sunday afternoon with my mom. We both agree the Sunday premium selection is well worth the visit. I have a new favorite buffet in Las Vegas and it’s Imperial Sushi Seafood Buffet. Every dish was fresh and flavorful. My favorites were the galbi beef ribs, giant beef rib, hainan chicken, garlic lobster and honey walnut shrimp (no walnuts). @imperial sushi seafood buffet
We had a hard time finding good sashimi after coming to the U.S., so we were really happy to be able to enjoy salmon and tuna sashimi here. The lobster, snow crab legs, and LA galbi were also delicious. …
