Indique Virgin Hair Extensions

I’m extremely disappointed. My husband purchased three bundles of the Sea Samatra wave as an anniversary gift. I sent him the link and he paid so the order is in his name. I wanted to specify that first before they come back and say they don’t see my name on an order. This is the worst hair I have ever had in my head. As we speak the back is matted like a birds nest. When I try to comb and brush out the matted sections chucks of hair come out. It’s extremely frizzy and has short pieces of hair throughout that refuse to lay down. It’s so stiff and feels like plastic Barbie doll hair. This is definitely not virgin hair and honestly no better than a pack of hair from your local hair store. I reached out to Indique with my concerns as it’s literally only been a week that I’ve had it installed. They only offered me a 40% off coupon on a full priced item. As if I would spend my money on more of their trash hair. In the pictures where you see my fingers is literally where it’s matted and I cannot run my fingers through it. After a week. I am extremely disappointed and this is a complete waste of money. Don’t waste your money. Terrible customer service and I’m completely floored that they have offered no assistance in the matter. I will scream it from the mountaintop of how terrible their customer service and hair is.

I purchased 3 bundles and was deeply disappointed with the quality. The hair is extremely thin and even with 3 bundles, it did not achieve a full look. The thinness was so bad that my stylist had to cut the bundles just to try to increase density. You can literally see through the hair. To make it worse, I paid for express shipping and still received this quality. For the price point, this is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this brand if you're expecting full, quality bundles. Save your money.

Nov of last year, 2025 was my 2nd time trying Indique hair and both times the hair was frizzed, tangled and shedded horribly. I believe that hair extensions are an investment so I spent a good bit on it. The very first time I thought I had a bad batch because my guy hair stylist swore by this hair which is why I tried it out ( he's never worn it but used on customers), the 2nd time it was horrible. It would tangle & frizz like synthetic hair, it was awful. I reached out to Indique customer service and they offered me a discount on new bundles after I sent videos and photos but I had experienced it enough and simply wasn't willing to put it back in my head again. I see good reviews however, purchase at your own risk. I do feel customer service is good but the quality of hair is horrible. Theres no way it is 100% human hair. Again, if it was one experience, I would assume a bad batch, but a 2nd time I had to write a review after spending my money. Also, indique wanted to make sure I was using product to maintain it, I always use quality shampoo and conditioner... in fact I tried a leave in conditioner just to help with the tangling and frizz, it didnt help. I was dang near about to pull my head off while brushing it to get the tangles out. It was awful.

She was so nice and patient with me. I ended up not purchasing anything because I needed the hair ASAP and they only have certain hair online, but I really appreciate how kind she was & the hair is a great quality. Nothing like the big chain hair stores that sells synthetic mixed hair with the Lord knows what. I will be returning!
