Infinite Nails & Spa

I had an amazing experience at this salon! The salon itself is super cute, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I also loved that they offer complimentary drinks which was a nice touch and made my appointment even more enjoyable.

I just moved to Cypress and needed a new nail salon location. I've been here a few times, but not enough to get comfortable. Each time there has been some minor inconveniences (40min wait times, nail techs digging too far into my cuticles, rushing the service, and overcharging for "length") but this one is where I draw the line. My last visit I paid extra for gel cat eye. The tech who did my toes did 2 layers of polish. I asked the nail tech if she should do the same and she said no. 1 week later the paint is chipping off of my hands. I go to check out and they added a length charge. I went in with bare hands and did not ask for extra length but apparently it's an automated extra charge for a full set. Fine. 3 days ago (9 days later) I noticed FOUR of my nails LIFTING. Today, I called because one of them is literally barely hanging on. This has NEVER happened to me before. “Vivian”, the manager, was fairly rude and was not willing to discount a repair. Instead, she said to come in and pay full price for another full set or a fill. Now, I have to go somewhere and have the entire set removed (to prevent moisture build up) and get an entirely new set. If I wanted to worry about my nails falling off, I'd buy them from HEB. ~ Complete waste of money But the ambience is cute, so they get a 2 instead of 1.

ms. helen is wonderful!! i go to her all the time and she never disappoints. i always leave with beautiful nails and i get SO many compliments! recently got forth of july nails and i am so happy but not surprised at the quality (she has never given me a bad set) love this!!

I am OBSESSED with my nails! Literally cannot stop staring at them. Paula did such a great job and was very kind and entertaining to talk to during the service. She also helped me picked out my colors and made sure I liked it before continuing and when I had questions about the design she was very clear before doing. I was amazed watching her create the stars on my nails! I also had interactions with Chucky who was a funny guy behind the bar and Nina the receptionist was very helpful as well. Overall I really enjoyed this place and would recommend.

It was my first time seeing Helen and she was amazing. She made me feel super comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. My nails came out so clean, pretty, and exactly how I pictured them. You can tell she cares about her work and takes her time in the best way. I’m definitely coming back.
