International Travel Agency Portland

International Travel Agency Portland is listed as a cruise agency in Portland, Oregon, at 1005 NE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97213. Customer feedback also describes help with air travel to Vietnam and other destinations in Asia, along with assistance obtaining a Vietnam five-year visa exemption. If you are planning a trip and want to discuss flight arrangements or travel paperwork, this agency may be worth contacting to ask whether it can assist with your particular plans. The available reviews focus more on flights and travel services than cruises, so ask directly about cruise planning and the services currently offered.

Several reviewers describe long-term experience working with the travel agent for family trips to Asia. They mention help finding flight connections and prices, and one customer says the agent handled their travel needs from beginning to end. Other reviewers describe booking tickets to Vietnam and receiving visa-exemption documents in a short period. These accounts offer practical context for travelers seeking support with international travel, especially trips involving Vietnam. Individual experiences vary, and the reviews do not establish that every itinerary, fare, or document request can be handled in the same way.

Communication and scheduling are important details to confirm before visiting. One reviewer says calls and appointments were handled by phone and that the agent was present at the office to provide documents; another describes delays and difficulty finalizing a ticket purchase. Other feedback praises reliable service, while some customers report waiting or dissatisfaction with communication. The listed hours show the business as open every day, all day, but reviews indicate that in-person availability may depend on an appointment. Calling ahead to confirm the agent's availability, the process, and any required documents can help set clear expectations.

With a 3.3 rating from 19 reviews, International Travel Agency Portland has mixed customer feedback rather than a uniformly positive record. It may suit travelers who prefer to speak with an experienced agent about flights to Vietnam or Asia, compare connections, or ask about visa-exemption assistance. It may be less suitable for someone who needs a quick, unconfirmed walk-in visit, given reports about scheduling and waiting. Before making plans, verify current services, appointment arrangements, pricing, and what is included in any booking. This gives you a clearer basis for deciding whether the agency fits your travel needs in Portland.
