Island Savoy Market

Island Savoy Market is such a gem to have in the neighborhood. It really feels like an elevated take on a classic market. The owners are often there and are always so friendly and welcoming, which gives the place a great community feel. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re building. I also really appreciate that they support and stock products from small, local producers—it makes shopping there feel more thoughtful and unique. Beyond the market itself, the coffee shop and deli inside are both fantastic. Everything we’ve tried has been consistently delicious, and it’s so convenient to be able to grab a great coffee or a quick bite in the same place. Overall, it’s a beautifully curated neighborhood market that we’re really grateful to have nearby. It’s one of those places that makes Alameda feel small and special.

The sandwiches are delicious. This store is 2 blocks from my house, and I love going there! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great for grabbing a bottle of wine and cheese. Definitely go check them out😋 …

I can't say enough good things about Alameda Island Savoy Market! The staff here is truly amazing – always welcoming and helpful. The deli offers a fantastic selection of frozen food, all organic and farm-to-table, which is a huge plus for me. Their coffee is exceptionally fresh, adding a perfect start to my morning. Thank you! I loved that their service is deeply rooted in the community, giving a warm, local feel to every visit. I'll definitely continue to visit and support this wonderful place. Highly recommended!

What a great place the Island Savory Market is, they've got just what you need and when you need it! I was leaving the island heading back to Napa after dropping off a box of Thingamajigs to some Hoeboke Hipster that fancied himself above all others, ..the dude carried a mirror around with him and would take lusty looks at himself, and dream of the times he had spent with himself. It was a bit much to handle, and Napa was looking pretty good, but I needed a quick bite before I jumped on the freeway, and the Island Davory Market sure hit the mark! The sando was amazing! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ for sure.

Great sandwiches and coffee options, including almomd milk as well as dairy, sunny windowside seating and fun games that you can sit and play for hours, plus a great market to pick up a few things. Fun hangout spot.
