iTea Fremont is a casual bubble tea store in Fremont, CA, serving boba drinks and snack-style comfort food at 43421 Christy St, Fremont, CA 94538. Open daily from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, it works well for an afternoon tea stop, a post-dinner drink, or a late-evening snack when you want something sweet, cold, and easy to share. The shop fits the everyday boba routine: choose a drink, add toppings, pick up a savory bite, and settle into a simple stop that is more about convenience and cravings than a formal dining experience.

The menu references that show up often in customer feedback include milk tea, Thai milk tea, tofu hua, and the popcorn chicken that several guests call crispy and delicious. For people searching for boba in Fremont, iTea Fremont offers the familiar mix of tea drinks, textures, and quick bites that make bubble tea shops popular for groups with different tastes. It is a practical choice for friends comparing drink flavors, families picking up desserts, or anyone who wants a snack with their tea instead of just a beverage.

The atmosphere is casual and order-at-the-counter, with a steady rhythm that can feel busy during peak times. With a 3.8 rating across 302 reviews, the picture is mixed but useful: many customers enjoy the food and drinks and return for favorite orders, while some reviews mention issues with ice levels, wait time, order sizing, service follow-through, and occasional quality concerns. That makes it a place where expectations matter. If you have a specific preference, such as less ice or a size detail, it is worth confirming clearly when ordering.

For local SEO searches such as bubble tea store near Christy Street, boba in Fremont, or late-night milk tea in Fremont, California, iTea Fremont is relevant because of its location, daily hours, and recognizable boba-and-snack menu. The address places it in a convenient commercial area for people already running errands, meeting friends, or looking for a drink after work. The 11:00 PM closing time every day is especially helpful for customers who want a sweet drink or popcorn chicken beyond the usual daytime cafe window.

What makes iTea Fremont worth considering is its straightforward role in the local boba scene: approachable drinks, snack options, and a menu that includes both sweet and savory choices. It may be best for customers who value convenience, familiar flavors, and the option to pair bubble tea with items like popcorn chicken or tofu hua. Like many busy quick-service spots, the best experience comes from checking your order before leaving and communicating customizations up front, so your drink and snacks match what you came in for.

Not satisfied with my drink. I ordered 30% ice but gave me like 70%. When I asked the staff, she said it was 30%. Not making an effort to satisfy a customer.

If I can put negative rating, I’ll do it. I ordered 5 drinks total. Out of those 5, I got 2 tofu hua at this store, 1 large and 1 regular size. When I received my order, they’re both on the same cup. I told the cashier that I paid extra for large size on 1 of them. She saw and she said she’ll place it in a different container but they’re out of their usual large container but they are using this new container that’s large. I said ok. I watched how they poured my drink to their supposedly large container and it is exactly the same size as their regular. I voiced out my complaint and they just poured a drop of the almond milk just to say they added something. I told them “really?! Ipaid extra for a large size with a difference of a drop of almond milk?” the cashier made no comment at all. There’s not even enough red bean nor tofu in the drink. I have been going to itea but I don’t think I will go back again after this kind of service. It’s not worth to pay $10.75 for this kind of drink. Very poor customer service.

Service n the d to improve. They dont have option to take out ice on thai milk tea. Its kind of worst experience. Waited in the line for nearly 15 min for the order and for the actual drink 🍹 waited another 15 min. Its waste of time. …
