I am absolutely loving my new backyard. It’s quickly become my favorite place to unwind and spend time outdoors. The space feels peaceful, beautifully designed, and truly functional. I still have a bit to learn about how the drip system works, and I’m also getting the hang of cleaning the pavers to keep everything looking fresh. A huge thank-you to Ofir and the IY-Development team for bringing this vision to life. I’m genuinely enjoying every moment out here and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Ilan at IY Development did such a great job in our house in Beverly Hills. We did a complete remodel, kitchen bathrooms, flooring, painting and exterior stucco, brand new pool, his recommendation and guidance was so helpful and appreciated there is not enough, thank enough price was right quality the best I have seen, he also helped us to purchase all the materials in a very fair prices. He have great connections with many vendors. This is something that we didn’t really have seen before because in our previous house we got burned by a different Contractor so we are thankful to find someone that we can really trust, I highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ilan Yosef in Los Angeles for a renovation project, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. My husband and I met with five different contractors when we decided to renovate our kitchen and bathroom. Our second meeting was with Fuad from IY and it set the bar high. He was an exceptional listener, and had some great ideas we hadn't considered. His cost estimates proved to be extremely accurate every step of the way, and we are very satisfied with the work. Things went awry here and there (things that had nothing to do with him or his team), but he was always supportive and communicative about keeping the project moving forward in a good time frame. Adam and his team were super efficient and skilled. My bathroom remodel was completed January 2025. I’m just sorry I took so long to write this review. They were able to replace my ugly vessel sink without destroying my beautiful black marble countertop. This saved me so much money. Their office helped me complete my HOA requirements with such ease. Along with dealing with SF permitting. That was such a huge relief. I am so happy with my new bathroom.
