Japanese Auto Pros

If you’re looking for mechanics you can trust with your car, your life, and your money, Japanese Auto Pros is your place. I’ve used them for years and never had one moment of doubt about their integrity, skill, or honesty. They are efficient, reliable, respectful, and hard working. Veronica at the desk is awesome. She knows a lot about cars herself & has taught me a bunch of things. I am so grateful for this place! They also respect women & don’t pull any BS, which sadly many of us have experienced with auto mechanics. With life becoming so complicated for most of us, it’s comforting to trust a business to keep you & your family safe in your own car. 😊

I have been going here for years. My last couple of cars have been serviced. It is comforting to see people of the culture working on my cars. It tells me they know what they are doing and truly have a passion for my JDM. I say cars because I usually trade every two years. I finally decided to keep one. It is my baby and parents don't let just anyone touch their baby. I have never had an issue with Japenese Auto Pros work or customer service. They know what they are doing!

This is my new go to shop. I was struggling to resolve the issues with my car, taking it to 4 shops or even more nobody could figure out the issue. I took a change with Japanese Auto and they found the issues and suggested a cleaning instead of an actual replacement. They suggest the better alternative for repairs making them less costly. They didn’t pressure me with nothing. Open honest. I’m honestly thankful for a shop like this. Also very convenient with the drop box, I can drop the car off when I wish to. Lastly, they send you real live updates, giving you the option to approve work via online and you talk to the mechanic directly no middleman. Thank you guys

Taking care of an older vehicle requires time and money, especially when you need to pay for repairs. What Japanese Auto Pros provides me is a sense that they can take care of my vehicle even after the first couple of visits. A warranty on any repairs done in the shop gives me peace of mind, knowing that if any concern arises, I can give the team a call and ask them to look into it, confident that I will be taken care of with the same quality of service they provided me upon the first transaction. An added bonus for me: after shopping around for the best price and hearing what Japanese Auto Pros could do for me, they were also willing to give me the most affordable option for my budget, ensuring I understood that I was paying for sourced original parts and the associated labor costs. Although these types of things sure are never fun to pay for, if you can afford the visit, I have nothing but good things to say about the team's continued service.

I have taken my car to Japanese Auto Pros a couple of times. The last experience was very positive. When the mechanic needed some additional information about my car the mechanic just called me. He explained what was happening in the car clearly. He was helpful and so was everyone else I dealt with at the auto shop.
