Sign in to reviewAmazing Filippino fare! They have a diverse menu with your typical Filippino comfort foods. Some items aren't made all the time so you will need to check. There is definitely something you will like. The people there are super nice. Must try if you are a foodie. The dining space is big and spacious. There is also some Filippino baked goods for sale. They also have a store with various Asian products and if you need to send a balikbayan box, they can do that too. Check it out sometime. You won't be dissapointed.
The grilled pork belly and rice are so delicious. Enjoyed the first half of the FIFA game.
Lovely experience here! There’s a grocery store when you walk in but when you veer to the right it’s a cute little restaurant with a clean and spacious dining area. The employees were so friendly and gladly explained the food options. It’s like cafeteria style dining. Get a tray, choose your food from a buffet type and they serve you. If you get a plate it comes with rice and then you chose the 2 or 3 entrees. Love their chicken curry. It’s hearty and the chicken is cooked bone-in for maximum flavor. The meat just falls off the bone. Also got the pork skewer- yum. If you’re adventurous try the veggie mix with bitter gourd- bitter melon. Tastes great and they say it’s good for you! Mmmm will be back. Ask there’s a karaoke stage…sounds like it may be a fun spot in the evenings!
Very friendly staff. The food is consistent and portions are decent, though the price feels a bit high for the portion sizes. It is still expected for specialty food, and overall the food is passable.
UPDATE: This review is based solely on our personal experience. We are not paid commenters—just sharing our honest feedback to help others make an informed decision. We were excited to try this branch and even brought my husband with me because the Preston location up north is genuinely good and has authentic flavors. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. When we arrived during non-busy hours, we were welcomed by multiple dirty, uncleared tables. There were only about three occupied tables in the restaurant, yet the staff seemed completely unbothered by the unclean atmosphere. The food was also subpar. We ordered the Lomi, Crispy Sisig, Pork BBQ, and Pork Lumpia. The Lomi was overly thick, as if too much starch was added, and did not taste authentic at all. The Sisig was mediocre—not crispy enough and overloaded with mayonnaise. We ordered both dishes spicy, but instead of properly incorporating spice into the food, they simply placed two small Thai chilies on the side. The Pork BBQ was underwhelming, and the Pork Lumpia were just average. To make things worse, the food was served on styrofoam plates, which did not match the pricing or dining experience we expected (except the Lomi!). Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not return to or recommend this location.
