I had my baby here and it was a 5 star experience. The medical team was super professional and the room in which I gave birth was really well equipped and spacious. The midwife was amazing and I felt well taken care of. The post partum room was a bit smaller, but had everything you needed plus a couch for your partner to sleep on. The food I got was also great with many different menu options. The nursing staff is also very caring. I would highly recommend their labour and delivery team and section. The nursing staff rotates every couple of hours, so you dont get “continuous care” and each nurse needs to get briefed on your specific case, so I did not really enjoy that - some information got lost in the hand over from staff to staff, but overall a good experience.

I had a very positive experience with the entire team. The doctor was extremely professional, patient, and attentive. As this was my first colonoscopy, I had quite a few concerns beforehand, but the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and helped ease my worries, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. The pre-procedure instructions and reminders were very detailed and easy to follow. Everything was communicated clearly, which made the preparation process much less stressful. My experience at the hospital was excellent. The nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the entire process. The warm blanket on the bed was such a thoughtful touch—it made the whole experience feel comforting and even better than what you might expect from a five-star hotel. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the entire team.

Dr. Szymaniac was extremely thorough and demonstrated genuine care throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and clearly explained each step of the procedure. Her approach put me at ease, and I feel much more confident going into surgery knowing she will be leading it. Overall, she was very helpful and supportive in every aspect of my care.

As a 62-year-old Gay African American patient preparing for a colonoscopy, I found the staff professional and courteous. The nurse taking my vitals was pleasant, and I received the basic information about my upcoming procedure. However, while waiting, I overheard an intake nurse explaining the procedure to another patient—a Caucasian male who appeared to be in his 30s. The explanation he received was noticeably more detailed than the information provided to me. Listening to that conversation helped me better understand aspects of the procedure that had not been discussed during my own intake. I cannot know the reason for the difference in communication, and it may have been influenced by factors unrelated to race. Nevertheless, the experience left me wondering whether all patients are receiving the same level of information and preparation. Consistency in patient education is important, and ensuring that every patient receives the same thorough explanation could help improve both understanding and confidence in the care process.

Acupuncturist Ho Jun Hwang LAC is skilled, thoughtful, kind and takes a holistic approach (considers different areas impacting area of pain). At my first visit, I quickly felt things "moving" internally and even watched some of the needles vibrating as they opened up blockages. The welcoming staff are lovely. The place is clean, pleasant, calm, professional.
