Sign in to reviewI would not recommend this salon for non-Hispanic clients. I’ve been to this salon three times, and each time I left feeling unheard. On my first visit, I was with Kim. I asked for brown polish, but she acted like she didn’t understand and gave me a pink/purple cat eye instead. I ended up liking the result, but I didn’t feel listened to, and she was a bit rough on my nails. On the second visit, I came just to get my nails removed—no other service. Kim said there would be some residue left, but honestly, I could’ve done a better job myself at home. The third visit was the most frustrating. I asked for almond-shaped nails with a layover and milky white polish for a pearly look. Kim, who’s the only one besides the owner who speaks English, kept suggesting pink even though I clearly said “milky white.” I agreed to try building gel with chrome, but the tech barely shaped my nails. Another stepped in and fixed only my left hand at the very end my right still looks off. At the end, Kim came over, took photos of my nails, and told me they were too short, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. They charged me $60, and it’s just wasn’t worth it. I’m open to trying new things, but I expect to be heard and respected. It’s my money and my nails…
I love my nails, she was a bit rough but the end result I in fact, did love!! Would definitely recommend to get your nails done here the prices are reasonable too

Great new place! Very clean and modern inside. Felt elegant and comfortable. Kim did a fantastic job on my nails. She took her time and put a lot of care into making everything perfect. Brought my 10yo daughter with me. They were great with her as well. We’ll be back for sure!
Recommended by my coworker and in support of Latina owned business I decided to try Kim’s. Vanessa did a really great job with my pedi and was very accommodating. The place is clean and they use quality products. I love the fact they i understand their language and sharing a similar culture I am happy to recommend their amazing work.
