I’ve heard so many great things about this place and finally got a chance to try the food and it did not disappoint. I especially love the salted fish fried rice, made just right and the seasoning is on point. It comes with shredded green mangos like a salad to go with it and it gives it a nice kick with the crunchy and a bit sourness from the green mangoes. I’m usually not a fan of “bánh khọt” the tiny little Vietnamese pancakes because of how thick they usually come in and I can only eat 1 most, but this place makes it crispy and the thickness is just right, so you don’t feel like you’re just eating a whole lot of batter where it could feel too much in one bite, so I actually loved these as well. The mung beans were just enough, doesn’t taste too overwhelming with the mung beans because some places make them pretty thick and bland. Their “bánh xèo”, the Crepe, was HUGE. Again, just enough batter and crispy. For that size, 2 people could eat it. The sweet dessert “ chè đặc biệt” ( combination pudding) was also a must try with a variety of beans, enough sweetness, with the colorful crunchy jellies makes it so much more refreshing. I would definitely come back and try the rest of the menu. This is going to be my new “go to place”. I heard the wings are especially delicious as well so that will be my next dish to try!!! Great little Vietnamese restaurant!

Camera ate last for this, the portion is unbelievable for the K9 Clear Noodles Stir-Fry (Mein Xao). Im glad to have leftovers. The Bok Choy is cooked so well, its delicious. Its so filling but in a nutritious good feeling. Also ordered the Goi Cuon Tom with Tofu and it was an aromatic bite, the sauce it comes with is good too. Will definitely be coming again to try their wide variety of drinks. The picture attached is after I finished eating. ☺️

I had a special heart warming experience here. I went in for an E7. (Put a pin in that) the young man at the register has a heart ❤️ of gold. The chef 👨‍🍳 went in that kitchen and whipped me up the best dish I've tasted. I waited until I got where I was going to try it. Now, there is only 2 ways you can find out what E7 means. Google it or go see for yourself. I suggest option B. It's a whole vibe in there. The atmosphere is very inviting and its made me definitely want to return. I had to hold myself off just to take the photo. It's an experience, please go support these people. They worked hard today and was not aware I was going to tell on them for being great.

The best Vietnamese coffee I’ve ever had. I wish I was hungry because the food looked delicious too but I just planned to stop in for the coffee on my road trip.
