The staff was great and awesome, They very kind and understanding of my questions about the drinks. They also gave me a great options for my taste buds
They make a great drink, but their rewards policy is flawed. No matter how many drinks you purchase in a single transaction, you only receive one stamp. I asked the staff member if I would have gotten three stamps for three separate purchases, and she confirmed this. I suggest reviewing this policy, as you typically want to reward loyal and consistent customers.
The girl working named Alexia was rude and not helpful. I asked her what the crystal boba tasted like and her response was "Like every other boba". For a $7.58 tea I would think service would be a little better.
For a boba stand rather than an actual store, Kokee Tea is surprisingly great! The employees are so kind and efficient! I tried their matcha latte and it was really good. It’s a great drink to try while you’re shopping at First Colony Mall. I also tried their brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was overpriced at $8.40 but oh well.
