THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF MY FAV BAKERIES OF 25-26. S/O BRAZIL. I might get some of names wrong hence my excitement The rosca de presunto e queijo o bauru de presunto e queijo(I think I have the name wrong) nice ham action, with the carmelized onions and cheese was blissful. From research , seems there are a variation of a Bauru. But this baby was bussin melted mozzarella, and sweet caramelized onions on that crusty buttery sourdough bread. A staple for me. Got to sample the pan de queijo. Nice lady was able to give me a taste of Brazil (pause) I was in for a RIDE. Slightly crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, and has a cheesy flavor that envelops the palate. I could eat them bad bois for DAYS Sonho de goiba: This is like Romeo & Juliet love right here. I’m a sucker for guavaaa. Count me in if anything involves guava filled in around with that fried dough pairing sweet guava paste with cheese. A pleasant early morning treat encasing a rich balance of tropical sweetness and tartness. Lemongrass Tonic espresso: Was a little different not gonna lie. Def not Brazilian roasted, more than likely another brand. No hate lol but it had quinine refreshing, crisp to it. The lemongrass did its thing elevating the drink's aromatic complexity. It was slighlt sour with an earthy undertone. It is rare nowadays to come across Latin bakeries in Philly. Especially Brazilian! LOVE LOVE LOVE X10 Great essence with bossa nova in the background complemented by a light yellow colorful set up representing Brazil and topped off with pure perfection of baked goods. This place will not disappoint, YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT. Pay them a visit

Wow, was not expecting to stumble upon a slice of Brazil while in search of breakfast, but here we are! What a gem. We ordered the Ovo & Queijo tapioca flatbreads, which are crispy and crêpe-like, and filled with creamy scrambled eggs. We also split a pão de queijo. Such a great gluten free breakfast/brunch!

Our food tour group LOVED the vibrant flavor and soft texture of the guava sourdough donuts. The family at Kouklet was so sweet to arrange this with and even helped us customize an order for some guests with dietary restrictions. It's a cute shop and we'll definitely be back.

I've been a few times and it's always been good, but I went today and got this ham and cheese roll with some pickled vegetable on top. It didn't seem like something they have regularly because the description card was written not typed. One …

Loved it! Everything was delicious, especially the savory egg tart: scrambled eggs with cheese inside super crispy and flaky pie crust. Just perfectly executed. The jasmine donut was also lovely: not-too-sweet, pillowy soft.
