Kravin' Boba Bar

I had ordered food and there was something wrong with it, but one of the workers, Jude, I believe, was really nice and offered to remake my food. They even gave me an extra drink to make up for the inconvenience. The staff there were really friendly and helpful, and I wish them the best!

Went to pick up a durian smoothie, which I normally get. Instead of it being the typical light cream color, it was a neon highlighter yellow. I asked the worker if they messed up the order, since I heard them laughing and screaming in the back as they dropped things on the floor while I was waiting. However, this girl assured me that it was still a durian smoothie, but their new powder is just really yellow. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I didn't try it until I got home, and it tastes like artificial banana. So either they lied straight to my face when I asked, or the quality of their ingredients is drastically getting worse. I've attached a photo for reference.

This used to be one of my favorite boba places. But this past month they have been messing up my orders and it seems like on purpose. You repeat my order on the speaker and at the window but still mess it up. Like its a drink, you can see that its missing the boba and certain fruit. Then just smile and giggle when i want it fixed. 🙄 …

First time trying kravin and am definitely going back. Workers were amazing with helping me choose a first time drink that suited my taste including accommodations such as sweetness and ice level, and made a lot of small talk while doing so. It was amazing being in an environment where all employees smile while working. Definitely will be going back soon!!

Sadly, my family and I really initially liked this place. We moved into the area about 6 months back and have gone regularly. Last time however, we ordered fresh fruit smoothies which they ended up messing up 1 order but to give them grace, we took it anyways since we've tried most of their flavors and they've tasted good. They offered to remake it but knowing the flavor, we were ok with keeping it despite their mistake. I then decided to order another 1 for myself after they gave the 1st order, however the one I ordered ended up not tasting anything like it should have. It literally only tasted and looked like avocado, a rotten bitter avocado, despite me adding other fruits. I tried to tell them and instead of extending grace back to a customer that is becoming loyal and trying to understand that maybe it could be this 1 time, it just wasn't either made right or fruits could have been off and extending grace back to me as a customer. They could have offered to make another 1, but they wouldn't do anything which didn't make sense beingthat they initially messed up my order but we didn't make a big deal about it. They instead gathered all staff to discuss this as if it was such a huge ordeal to do anything about it. This was such a turn off over 1 drink where as I've brought recommended them to friends here now, and my family numerous times. It was becoming my kids weekly smoothie spot, but this is just not the way to run a business if you want repeat business, this coming from a business owner.
