Sign in to reviewIt’s normally my “Go To” tea shop, this will definitely be my last time. Two young men were working this afternoon, I walked in, no line, they went about their business…no acknowledgment. A few minutes later, one of them came over and took my order. ZERO customer service. I will go next door, done.
I normally love this place, but this particular location had some extremely rude employees. There was a tall guy with curly hair and an olive complexion. I didn’t catch his name, but his attitude was terrible. When my friend and I tried to ask if the drinks he brought out were ours, he didn’t even acknowledge us. Then when he came back to take our order, he barely interacted with us and acted like we weren’t even there. It was so off-putting that we didn’t leave a tip, which is something we normally do everywhere we go. I still like the brand overall, but after this experience I’d probably choose a different location next time.
The two young men working there when I visited were friendly. They took my order right away, made my drinks fast, and were very polite the whole time. It’s always nice to see staff who are both efficient and genuinely kind to customers. Great service and great drinks—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Clint and Adrian were super friendly and quick with my order! I’ve been to bad locations before but this one was great. I will definitely be back to this location!
I’ve been going here for years and years, know the owners and always get great drinks! Clint is awesome and super helpful with answering questions with good service!! (The claw machine always steals a couple bucks from me but is worth the fun hehe)
