As a huge boba tea enthusiast, I always enjoy stopping by this location whenever I'm in the area. The menu has a great variety of drinks, from classic milk teas to fruit teas and specialty creations, so there's always something new to try. The boba is consistently fresh and chewy, and the drinks are flavorful without being overly sweet. The staff are friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere makes it a comfortable place to relax for a bit. It's definitely one of my go-to spots when I'm craving a good bubble tea.

Update- Great service and warm cozy atmosphere. I purchased the passion fruit slush w/ mango bubble and my usual macchiato w/ coffee bubble. I enjoyed both! A spacious establishment with a variety of drinks. I love it when I can select my ice and sweet level. I ordered the passion fruit green tea punch 50% sweet, less ice, w/ crystal bubbles. The green tea was strong and bold. However, I ordered passion fruit green tea. Sadly, the passion fruit never came through. I couldn't leave without trying the macchiato espresso coffee with coffee-popping bubbles. My two additional drinks were the piña colada and mango snow slushes that were 70% sweet w/ mango popping bubbles. I enjoyed every beverage! I will order the macchiato w/ coffee popping bubbles and mango snow w/ mango popping bubbles again. Both were refreshing and heavenly. An associate said she enjoys the new blueberry creamsicle. May have to try it on my next visit, plus I enjoyed the service from the staff.

We tried this place a couple years ago and never went back, just weren’t happy with the quality. We tried it again the other day and honestly it’s just way too much sugar with no way to easily request adjustments like other boba tea shops nearby. The boba pearls were good though! Some places boba are too mushy. It was clean inside and they make it a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink.

I’ve given this place so many opportunities and they always disappoint. I’ve never been greeted at the door! customer service is non existent here it’s like your bothering them and they don’t smile or anything. They often have collabs which is why I go and they never seem to have all of the promised merch, ingredient's and specialty cups etc yet they charge the same price! Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Feng Cha they have better prices and the employees are grateful for your business and they have better drinks too!

My favorite chain of Bubble tea places aside from Tiger sugar but kung Fu never disappoints and the fact that they opened one in Howard beach is great. Love all the new options, the fact that they use lactaid milk and the staff was friendly and efficient. Will keep coming when I’m in town.
