The boba is outstanding, but the food case is a health hazard and the service is terrible. I stopped by yesterday right after school to treat myself. The Oreo Wow boba (less ice, extra boba) was genuinely amazing and perfectly made. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a total disaster. The girl working the counter—who was also incredibly rude to me the last time I came in—behaved like taking my order was a massive inconvenience, even though there were only two other people in the store who had already ordered.The real issue, though, was the complete lack of quality control. The macaroon tasted fine but was completely mushy. Worse, the tiramisu had visible mold right in the middle of it. I politely asked the employee for a replacement, but the second slice she handed me also had mold in it, which I didn't realize until I got home. While the boba is great, serving moldy food twice in a row while being disrespectful to paying customers is completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Positive I had a great experience at Kung Fu Tea. The staff was friendly and patient while I decided what to order. My drink was made quickly and tasted amazing — not too sweet, just how I customized it. The tapioca pearls were soft and fresh. The store was clean and had a chill vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back
