Sign in to reviewI have been doing pedicures for over 15 years with good specialists, but now we have moved to a new city and a new house and therefore I have not had a pedicure for two months now, as I am looking for a good master. I was very disappointed in this salon. They did it very quickly and very badly on 6 fingers; the cuticle was not removed at all (seen in the photo). The heels were poorly treated and they said that they needed to come to them several more times to remove the roughness. I have always had this problem with my heels and a good specialist has always fixed it. I am extremely disappointed.
Have been going to Mary for 4 years. I do call and make an appointment as she has a large clientele. She has been doing nails for over 14 years. My nails look great, last for a long time, never lift and have never had a bad experience. She is always on time, professional and works very hard on her beautiful nail art designs. They just purchased new salon chairs for pedicures which are very comfortable and have many high tech features. I would recommend this salon and have to many of my friends.
If it was possible to leave an absolute zero i honestly would. I came into the shop on a Saturday. By Monday night the “Gel” polish had cracked chipped nd completely split not only on one nail but TWO!!!. I called the next morning to let them know I needed it fixed they told me they were completely booked nd would be able to see me til the following day which was Wednesday. My husband wasn’t haven’t it we paid 110 for a fill nd basic pedicure with gel polish. We ended up going that same day to see 3 nail techs just chilling on their phones. Today is now Thursday nd that index finger nail that was fixed on Tuesday is now cracked nd starting to separate. The first two pictures are from Tuesday morning after being told they couldn’t see me til Wednesday. The third picture was from this morning.
My sister had been telling me to try this place for the longest time but I was so committed to my former salon. The only reason why I even tried this place was because I was in dire need of a fill and my regular salon was closed. I am so glad I this place a shot. Lynn did an AMAZING job. I absolutely love my nails! I will be back and will definitely be requesting Lynn. As should you!
Love this Nail Salon and Spa. Have been going to Mary for 5 years for Mani and Pedis. She is the best, beautiful designs all hand painted.
