Sign in to reviewMy sister and I stopped by a bit later in the afternoon. We caught the stillness and peaceful moments of the cafe. French jazz music was playing in the background and the service was so kind and friendly. We were handed the drinks personally instead of being called up to pick them up. There are outlets readily available if you’re looking to plug in devices for studies. We had a wonderful time. It’s such a treat to be able to eat brunch food all day hahaha. God bless you all+
I ordered the L.B. Club — Toasted pain de mie sandwich with turkey breast, bacon, avocado, Roma tomato, and butter lettuce, served with seasonal greens and just a tiny dab of dressing (promise!). A light and healthy breakfast — because apparently, my days of “eating like a king” are over, according to my daughter 🤣 Lovely spot too! 👍
Visited the Irvine location on a Monday at 12:30 PM — peak lunch hour — and the experience was genuinely sad. The coolers were broken, there was nothing on display. I came in hoping for a simple sandwich and a cup of coffee. Instead, I was told the sandwiches were frozen and would take a while to prepare — at lunchtime — and then informed there was no drip coffee available at all. Every other restaurant in the area was packed with people. This place felt like it had already given up. There’s a certain sadness in watching a brand that presumably had ambition simply run out the clock with zero operational standards.
My boyfriend and I came for valentine's breakfast as he mandatory works later, we decided on this place because its close and heard its nich enough, but not too pricey , upon coming to the store, the atmosphere felt quite rushed, and there was 2 guys manning the counter, both did not acknowledge our presence, asked if we had any questions, we stood there for a minute and let the couple that came in go ahead, they were served and the guy stayed at the register, we then came up to him after a minute to tell him what we wanted. Felt like food was over priced, but can't complain too much with smaller businesses, and strawberry basil lemonade was concentrated. After waiting a while for our food,( considering they reheat the pastries in the air fryer and serve) my ham and Swiss croissant was cold in the middle :*( . Honestly not worth it, plus the cheese Danish was just ok definitely won't go again 🙃
This cafe is such a warm and cozy place! Their Croissant French Toast is a buttery, caramelized dream that’s absolutely unforgettable. The Chicken Pesto Prosciutto Sandwich is packed with bold, fresh flavors and paired with perfectly crusty bread. Also loved their creamy latte topped with sugar cane sprinkles—such a unique touch! To top it all off, the decadent Yule Log Chocolate Cake was the perfect indulgent treat. Amazing food, cozy ambiance, and fantastic service—I can’t wait to come back!
