I don’t get my nails done a lot, so coming to La Fleur was an exciting idea. I had my nails and toenails painted simply, in a flat dark brown. There were some tiny imperfections, but it generally looked clean. I was told by a family member that my nail polish should last me about a week or two, but it already started to chip in a little less than that. Still, I was satisfied. It seemed that the others I brought with me had a big hit or miss experience with their nail artists, though. The one that tended to my sister was very talented and did a perfect job, whereas the one who tended to my mom didn’t give her what she wanted at all. The lady working on me was very sweet (I think her name was Lana?) and gave me snacks and water. It felt good to have my feet and hands given such thorough treatment. The most painful part was having my cuticles removed. I even started to bleed a little, but it seems like this happens pretty often, since she was quick to stop it and clean it. The spa itself isn’t the most modern or well-kept, but it’s cozy. Overall, I probably wouldn’t come again, but I had fun while I was there. I enjoyed mostly for the experience rather than the results, and the service I personally received is the main feature making it worthy of 4 stars. I could probably just do my own nails at home next time. 4/5.

Super friendly staff and great service! I came here for a haircut and gel nails. Their wash station has a massage chair which was really nice, and they offered water and snacks during the manicure. Both turned out great and the pricing was super affordable. They also have a stamp card for repeat customers. Will definitely be back!!

If you are Africsn American be prepared for the 1000 yard starres from the staff and customers. Ive never been so uncomfortable in an establishment where no one interacts with the customers but has full blown conversations with their regulars. They don't even deserve one star. FYI people of color do know how to conduct themselves and yes we do tip

I know I don’t have the prettiest hands, but what La Fleur does for my nails makes that so much better. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from Teresa and her team of skilled manicurists. I love the girls there and I don’t see myself going any where else in the city. They have the best colors to choose from, and I can never make up my mind! Such a good problem to have!! lol 😂 luckily the girls help us choose. 5 stars every time I go!
