The restaurant has a 4.4-star rating from 472 reviews, and guests often mention both the quality of the pho and the inviting atmosphere inside. If you are exploring Vietnamese food in Denver or looking for a relaxed neighborhood spot, Lakeside Pho offers a menu with more to try than its name alone might suggest.

Pho is a clear favorite among reviewers. The brisket pho receives a strong recommendation, while chicken pho is also called out as a satisfying option. Guests describe the broth as refreshing and the portions as generous enough to make finishing a bowl a challenge. Reviews also praise the quality of the meat and the ample greens served with the pho. Preferences can vary by cut: one customer found the combination and marinated beef too fatty, so those who prefer leaner meat may want to consider other choices. The overall feedback points to a satisfying bowl with fresh accompaniments and plenty to enjoy.

There are appealing starters and other menu choices beyond noodle soup. Crispy vegetable rolls and potstickers are among the dishes customers recommend, and bao has also made a positive impression. One guest enjoyed a banh mi, describing it as large and filling, though pricier than at some other places. These varied experiences make Lakeside Pho a useful option for a group with different appetites: one person can order a hearty pho, while others can choose a snack, sandwich, or another menu item. The food is reported to arrive quickly, and diners appreciate having options beyond a strictly pho-focused meal.

Inside, guests describe a clean, nicely decorated dining area that feels cozy and charming, with welcoming staff and an easy-to-read menu. Reviews suggest that the exterior may not fully reflect the comfortable experience inside. Parking is limited, so visitors may want to plan accordingly. Lakeside Pho is suited to a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends, a casual meal with family, or a solo stop for a generous bowl of soup. It is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9:30 p.m.; it is closed on Saturday. For Vietnamese food in Denver, it brings together hearty pho, well-liked starters, and warm, straightforward hospitality.
