Las Colinas Pharmacy Compounding & Wellness

Okay, I’m editing my review because they did do their best to make the situation right. They were very kind and apologetic and explained their software transition. I was really frustrated when I wrote my initial review but I appreciated they went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you! This place is so unorganized. I’ve been using them for years and almost every single time without fail, I have to ask more than once for them to refill my RX and I have to ask if it’s ready because they almost never let me know when it’s ready like they say they’re going to. But this last fiasco is what put me over the edge. I asked for a refill on May 1. They said I have to pay using a link before I am able to get my meds. Link wasn’t working so about two weeks later they finally called to take payment. So they took my money, and then never filled my prescription. I’ve texted, called and can’t get ahold of them. How do you leave patients without their medication for 6 weeks at this point, the day I’m writing this review. I will be changing pharmacies. The audacity to take someone’s money without filling a prescription is one thing but to leave a patient without their meds and make it impossible to get ahold of them for 6 weeks is another. They should Literally be sued.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I will never use this business again. Two weeks of incompetence, refusal to acknowledge or respond to queries and total disregard for their responsibilities. It took this pharmacy days to advise me they had my script. I paid in advance -they are pricey-- they did nothing. Texts, phone calls and emails failed to produce a response from them. They did manage however to bill me ( fraudulently) again several days after acknowledging receipt of my earlier payment. Only when I insisted that HRT @ Resurrect Skin ( the prescriber) intervene and told them that I would ask my credit card company to seek return of my payment from Las Colinas Pharmacy did this company finally respond.

My wife placed an order 11 days ago and paid for expedited shipping. We have not received the order and are unable to get a hold of anyone for tracking info, updates, etc., other than on one occasion when they gave a timeline for delivery which was not met. Would not recommend.

I am so very Grateful for Amanda Thomas and the good people at Las Colinas Pharmacy. Though I have been purchasing my monthly vitamins and annual SP Cleanse from them for over a decade, I started working more in depth with Amanda this past year on a nutrition program to better help deal with ongoing mental health and depression issues. With Amanda’s compassionate coaching, experiential knowledge and attention to detail, we have really been able to zero in on the supplements that best work for me while also ridding my body of candida and other sicknesses. As a result, I have been able to accomplish my goals of weening off all pharmaceutical medications this year while losing (and keeping off!) 25lbs in the process. Thanks to Amanda and Las Colinas Pharmacy for helping me deal with the root cause issues along ny health journey! I look forward to further clarity, happiness and growth!

Started taking Tirzepatide. Every question was answered (and I had plenty). The first time i was a little nervous and one of the staff, and she literally walked me step by step and sent me a video as well. This pharmacy is really one who does care about the people they dispense too. I have only great review to anyone I spoke too. Well done!
