Words cannot truly express how blessed I feel to have connected with LTBHair. From the time I came to see her for a consult, I knew that I would be in good hands. She was knowledgeable about different extension techniques, Focused on healthy, hair growth, and also emphasize the length of time my extensions should last, as well as the importance of reusing my hair instead of buying a new batch for each install. It was so refreshing to meet someone so professional, who was committed to doing right by her client so her clients can do right by her. For my first appointment, I was scheduled for k-tip maintenance although my original install was completed by another stylist. I had lost so many K tips from the previous install that I was nearly in tears and just knew she would not be able to complete the service in the two hour appointment time that have been allotted. She assured me she would get my hair together and made accommodations to do this. 5+ hours later, I walked out of the salon With beautiful hair feeling like a brand new woman. She is the ultimate professional who knows what she is doing . Because of this, you have no reservations with what she tells you she can accomplish with your hair. she educate you the entire visit letting you know what she’s doing and why she’s doing it and What you should be doing on your own at home. Today, was my second appointment with her and because she re-did the bond’s the right way 4 weeks ago, she made my hair look and feel fabulous in less than two hours. Also, just like the other appointments , when you walk in the shop, she is waiting for you and has prepared everything for your services. No wonder why most of her clients have been with her over 5 years. Treats you Ike a VIP although she is going business as usual.
