I thought I would have to rebuild my jewelry from scratch but they transformed it! Also had a bracelet resized! They have exceptional service and pricing! They have gained lifetime customer's with my family!

I went to this shop last Sunday with a friend to fix a small break in my gold necklace that I bought from Nepal. We went there as normal customers, not to target anyone, just to get it repaired. The experience was really disappointing. As soon as we showed the necklace, the owner said $40 right away without explaining anything and spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive way. We didn’t even argue about the price , that wasn’t the issue at all. It was the way she treated us. We’re students and we went there politely, but instead we left feeling uncomfortable. Honestly, the whole interaction was so unpleasant that it ruined my day. I’m just sharing my own experience here. I’m not trying to target her business, but the attitude and lack of basic respect really stood out.
