Massage is the central service mentioned by customers, with reviews referring to both shorter back massages and one-hour appointments. Some visitors describe their massage as very good, and one reviewer said it helped ease upper-body range-of-motion issues. Others mention returning during the same trip, citing convenience and value. Clear communication before the session is especially important. Reviews report differing experiences with service explanations and final prices, including one customer who expected a one-hour massage for $72 and was charged more after the session involved two people. Before agreeing to treatment, confirm the exact service, duration, total price, and whether one or more therapists will be involved. Share any questions or preferences in advance, and ask the staff to explain anything that is unclear. This simple check can help ensure that the appointment matches your expectations.

If you have a preference about the therapist’s gender, state it clearly when booking and confirm it before the massage begins. One reviewer said they had expected a woman and were surprised when a man provided the massage, although they later found the work helpful. Another described communication as poor, so it may be useful to make your requests explicit and verify that they have been understood. For comfort and clarity, do not hesitate to pause and ask questions if something differs from what you discussed.
